Mechanical Services

• Undertaking full scope Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts of HFO/Diesel/Combined cycle operated power plants.




• Providing commissioning services of generators and auxiliary machineries, for Power Plant, Marine and Offshore applications.




• Undertaking full scope engine overhauls of Power Plant, Marine and Offshore applications, specialized in high/ medium/ low speed HFO/ Diesel operated 4 stroke/2 stroke engines.




• Providing major overhaul/ troubleshooting services on most of the popular engine types in the industry (both 4 stroke & 2 stroke);
  i.e. – Caterpillar, MaK, Wartsila, MAN, Deutz, Sulzer, MAN B&W, Cummins, MTU, Yanmar, Perkins etc..




• Providing Mechanical services/troubleshooting for Power Plant, Marine and Offshore applications.




• Providing services on auxiliary systems; i.e. – Centrifugal separation fuel treatment systems, Compressed air systems, Oily water treatment systems, various types of pumps and other auxiliaries.




• Cylinder block grinding services (cylinder liner landing surface).




• Cylinder liner honing services (both in workshop and in-situ).




• Valve seat pocket grinding services for cylinder heads.




• Providing Mechanical installation and commissioning services for high capacity Solar power systems.

Electrical Services

• Providing electrical and automation services/troubleshooting for Power Plant, Marine and Offshore applications.




• Providing Electrical installation and commissioning services for high capacity Solar power systems.

Carried out 30,000 hours major overhauls of Caterpillar/MaK 12VCM32 generators in power station of B2Gold Otjikoto Gold Mine, Namibia.




Carried out 7,500 hours overhauls of Caterpillar/MaK 6CM32C generators in power station of Trevali Perkoa Zinc Mine, Burkina Faso.

Carried out 7,500 hours overhauls (@ 37,500 hours) of Caterpillar/MaK 12VCM32 generators in power station of B2Gold Otjikoto Gold Mine, Namibia.




Carried out 48,000 hours major overhauls of Wartsila Vasa 18V32 generators in power station of Newcrest Gold Mine, Lihir, Papua New Guinea.
